Privacy Policy

This site collects very little. This page lists everything it does record, why, who handles it, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

Who We Are and How to Reach Us

This site is published by the team behind The Wager Register and is the controller of the data described here. To ask a privacy question or make a request, use the contact form and choose the topic Privacy.

Why We Use It and the Legal Basis

Who Receives It

Two services handle data for us. Vercel hosts the site and keeps its server logs. GitHub stores the contact messages in a private repository. Both may process data in the United States and elsewhere under their own data protection terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The only item this site stores in your browser is your cookie choice, and it is not a cookie. The full list is on the cookie policy.

Affiliate Links and Other Sites

Some links lead to casinos and sportsbooks. When you follow one, that site collects data under its own privacy policy, and it may set cookies of its own. We do not control what it does, so read its policy before you sign up. How commercial links are marked is explained on the affiliate disclosure page.

How Long We Keep It

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To use any of these, write to us through the contact form with the topic Privacy. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act, and we will reply within the time your local law sets.

Children

This site is for adults only. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

How We Protect It

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact messages go to a private tracker that only the team can open. We ask for as little as possible, so there is little to lose.

Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we handle your data in a way that matters, we will say so on this page.
